God's power is with me. His hand of approval is on me. He has given me the ability to tell the Good News with joy and cheer to those who are battered and afflicted. He's given me a mission and a charge to bandage and tape up those who have been crushed and destroyed -- to call out and invite with a shout the prisoners of war who have been taken, that now they can run and fly freely; to open their eyes and remove the blindfold -- that this day God is satisfied and pleased and punishing those who are their enemies. He is comforting those who have been crying, with deep breaths. For them He is wrapping up gifts to go under the tree: beautiful crowns in place of worthless dirt -- a thick joy instead of rejection and death -- bright new clothes for what's faded and losing color.
Now they will be known everywhere as strong and mighty architecture that cannot be broken or shaken, constructed by God's hands to give Him glory. They themselves will build back up what was destroyed a long time ago. They will raise up what was silenced in the past. They will refresh dry, empty cities -- the ones that have been deserted for years and years.
They will be promoted and announced as rulers in God's Kingdom and known as servants to Him -- no longer working the land as slaves and outsiders. They will consume the riches and glory of world powers and take them over. They will trade their shame for a place right next to the priest, instead of being disgraced. They will roar with cheer for what He's giving them. They will occupy and rule the planet forever with joy.
He desires what is right and He's an enemy of those who steal, so He will give them security under an unbreakable alliance. What they plant and grow will be seen by the world. Their kids and their kids will be honored by God and acknowledged by everyone who see's them, as His.
I can't help but dance like crazy in circles and lose my breathe to celebrate Him, because He saved me and wrapped me up and completely covered me in His goodness. He buries me in these beautiful treasures like newlyweds blessed at their wedding.
Just like the way the earth explodes with life and vegetation, He is erupting this rightness across the world.
